New this Spring!
From April 4 through May 18, CMI is running open rows on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7pm. This means 14 potential rows before summer! Different from our usual Summer and Fall seasons, we will row with whoever shows up! We will have a couple coxswains available when possible, or "self-cox", relying on available trained coxswains to steer the boats, and fitting the available rowers into fours and doubles based on numbers.Arrive: 5:15pm, to prep boats & set lineups
Finish: Boats cleaned up and packed away by 7pm
If interested please complete the registration so waivers can be signed and you will be on the communication list for any participation updates!
Cost: Each Row $20 (pay at/after row)
Full Session up front $200
**Based on 14 potential rows though weather & other factors may reduce that number. This lower than typical cost realizes this is a much less structured program and hopes to entice participation. Perhaps this could become an annual program for those who want to get on the water sooner!
Why should you join? More time on the water, more rowing, opportunity to meet new people, build summer crews, getting in shape for the summer, and perhaps some ad hoc social events will follow!

The challenge: This is a new idea, and will require a bit of flexibility by all. The number of seats may not match the number of participants. But lets all find a way to make this work.
Spring Rowing can be cold and windy. This session is for rowers with at least some experience rowing on the water, it is not an ideal time to learn to row.
