We are excited for the Quiet Adventures Symposium (QAS) 2024, our 29th event. Biking, backpacking, fly fishing, sailing, and lots of paddling will be covered, all those quiet adventures. Please be sure to review our documents before the event. Booth assignments will be announced in early January for those registered. Be sure to review our QAS Registration webpage for lots of details. The key reference documents are the Exhibitor and Sponsors Bulletin, the Exhibit Floor Layoutand the Code of Conduct and can be found on the QAS website as well as linked here. Note that full refunds will be issued for cancellations completed by January 15. Cancellations completed between Jan 16 - Feb 15 will receive 50% refund. Cancellations after Feb 15 will not be eligible for refunds (SEE NOTE ABOVE REGARDING BOOTH AVAILABILITY). To cancel and request a refund, send an email message to EventManager@QuietAdventures.org .
