Join the CHCA and The Friends of the Wissahickon on a mindful hike in the Wissahickon Valley Park! FOW Trail Ambassador Amy Yuter will lead a mindful and silent, moderate paced saunter – we’ll have moments to connect and share with other participants throughout our contemplative journey. Enjoy a full sensory experience and a crisp afternoon on the beautiful trails. This walk is most appropriate for adults and youth 16 and older. The hike will begin at 1pm from the trail head near the intersection of Chestnut Hill Avenue and Seminole Street (427 W. Chestnut Hill Ave) and will run approximately 1 1/2 hours. Pace will be set by the group. Sturdy footwear is recommended.
