Please review pricing and registration options before completing your registration. You may choose to pay by Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer. Credit Card payments are made online at time of registration. If you opt to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer, an invoice will be provided to you by email upon completing your registration.
One or more attendees from the same organization may be included in a single registration and invoice, with a 10% discount available for all registration packages (upon entering the discount code) for registrations that include five or more individuals.

How to Register
Click the "Register" button below to begin your registration
Enter the (work) email address of the person who will be responsible for making payment (Billing Contact)
Enter or verify the Billing Contact's details (the person responsible for making payment)
Group Registrations: If you intend to register five or more attendees, enter the OMSSAGROUP discount code to receive a 10% discount on all packages
Enter or verify the Attendee's contact details (the person attending the conference) and choose their registration package
Group Registrations: If applicable, enter the names and email addresses of all additional attendees (Note: UNIQUE email addresses must be provided for each attendee in order for them to receive their conference confirmation)
Group Registrations: Once you have entered details and selected packages for all attendees, click "Apply Discounts and Finalize Registration" (Note: You must add at least 5 attendees before you can apply the discount)
