Event Description
The West Virginia Chiropractic Society has prepared a one day event for the doctor and staff member to learn how to maximize reimbursements in their practice. The event is scheduled for August 23, 2024 at the Days Inn Conference Center in Flatwoods WV.
The day starts off with presentations from all 4 WV Medicaid providers. Each will provide information on reimbursements you are experiencing in their company. Offer advice on issues you might be having. And provide best practices to be reimbursed at the highest level within their company. Each will provide updated contact information for areas all over the state.
A working lunch will be provided.
And to finish the day we will have outstanding education by Dr. Evan Gwilliam. In this riveting presentation, Dr Gwilliam, certified coder and auditor, and Senior Vice President of Practisync, will show you how to give payers, state boards, attorneys, and anyone else who wants to know exactly what they need. Finally feel like you know how to create records and provide care that won't be denied or refuted. By the end you will be able to select the right diagnosis and procedure codes and create near-perfect SOAP notes.
