The Illinois Wastewater Professionals Conference (IWPC ‘24) is the #1 Illinois Wastewater Conference of the Year! We invite you to join us as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor at our March  17 - 19, 2025 event. There are several opportunities to get your company’s name in front of customers both in the exhibit hall and through a robust and user-friendly conference app, Whova. IWPC provides a great way to market your products and/or services to wastewater professionals including decision makers! Check out the various levels of participating as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor that is guaranteed to promote your company before, during and after the conference!
 

• Price for each booth is $575.00. After December 31, 2024, booth price increases to $675.
• Price for each exhibitor representative is 175.00.  After December 31, 2024, price for each exhibitor representative increases to $200.00
• Maximum four representatives per booth, unlimited number of booths based on availability. 

Exhibit hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday, March 18 and 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 19.  Booth set up is 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Monday, Monday, March  17 or prior to 8:30 AM Tuesday morning.  Exhibitor Registration includes booth space and a listing in the Conference Program App. See Exhibitor Fact Sheet for more details.

Each representative also will receive an Exhibitor Pass, Tuesday lunch, and  (2) Exhibitor Reception drink tickets.

You may add a sponsorship to your booth purchase for more exposure at IWPC 2025. Sponsorship Opportunities range from $100 to $5000.  Please see our Sponsorship Page for more details.

• Name and email of each representative who will be attending
• Whether representatives will be attending the IWEA or IAWPCO annual banquets

• Company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter addresses (optional)
