We are excited for the Quiet Adventures Symposium (QAS) 2025, our 30th event. Biking, backpacking, fly fishing, sailing, and lots of paddling will be covered, all quiet adventures. Please be sure to review our documents before the event. Booth assignments will be announced in late January for those registered. Be sure to review our QAS Registration web-page as new aspects may be added there. The key reference documents are the Exhibitor and Sponsors Bulletin, the Exhibit Floor Layoutand the Code of Conduct and can be found on the QAS website as well as linked here. Note that full refunds will be issued for cancelations completed by January 15, 2025. Cancelations completed between January 16, 2025 - February 15, 2025 will receive 50% refund. Cancelations after February 15, 2025 will not be eligible for refunds. To cancel and request a refund, send an email message to Exhibitor@QuietAdventures.org .
