Registration GLMA's 43rd Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health is now open!

Since its inception in 1981, GLMA's Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health has served as the premier scientific conference for LGBTQ+ and allied health professionals to share innovative healthcare breakthroughs and interventions, as well as the latest research on LGBTQ+ health. The conference is open to health care providers of all disciplines, researchers, academics, health administrators, policy experts, advocates, and all LGBTQ+ health supporters. 
 

We are looking forward to joining together for GLMA's 43rd Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health this year! 

The conference will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota - October 9 - 11, 2025.

Please note: Sessions specifically designed for nursing professionals will now be represented in the Nursing Track and will take place on Day 2 of the Annual Conference giving nursing professionals and nursing students the opportunity to purchase a Day Pass if preferred to full registration.

This year's conference theme, Unity. Action. Progress., highlights the transformative power of collective effort in advancing LGBTQ+ health equity. It emphasizes the importance of standing together, taking decisive steps to address disparities, and building momentum toward a future where every LGBTQ+ individual can access affirming, inclusive care. By uniting as advocates, taking meaningful action, and driving progress, health professionals can break down barriers and create a healthcare system that truly serves and uplifts the diversity of our communities.


 

 
 

Instructions for Registration

**If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, you will enter that code on the CONTACT INFORMATION page.

**Please note: Selected speakers will receive 50% off of registration costs. If you register before you are notified of your selection, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Simply email annualconference@glma.org to initiate the refund.

**You will not be required to provide your legal name for registration. If you choose to pay by card, the name associated with your card will be collected with your card info.

**GLMA members: In order to take advantage of the member-only registration rate, members will need to enter the email address their membership is registered under.

**Conference registrations canceled on or before July 31, 2025 are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after August 1, 2025, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.

**If registering a group, or registering on behalf of someone else: You will first be asked to provide the contact info for the registration contact (i.e. yourself) and then will have the option to add the contact info of the individual who will be attending the conference. You may register multiple people in one go, so that payment can be made as a group charge. Once you've finished adding in the information for one registrant, but before you've paid, you'll see an option to "Add Another Attendee to this Registration." You can add as many as you like before clicking "Complete this Registration."

**COVID-19 Precautions: The health and safety of all Annual Conference participants is a top priority. GLMA will continue to monitor the latest public health data and local, state, and federal guidelines as we continuously re-evaluate and update our conference COVID-19 safety protocols. Please stay tuned for additional details and updates to these policies. Protocol components based on endemic rates, CDC guidance, and local policies may include proof of vaccination, COVID-19 PCR or antigen testing, and masking. Thank you for your cooperation.
