Welcome to the CMI’s Youth Registration for the 2025 Spring Season! 
This Spring Season runs seven weeks in total from April 7 through May 22 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. No classes April Break/April 22-24.
The goals are to get fit, have fun and, for those interested, train for the Essex River Race, tentatively scheduled for May.
The season is in two parts:
Spring Rowing is best for rowers with at least some experience rowing, as it can be cold and windy, not an ideal time to learn to row. For New Rowers, check out our June Skills Workshop, after school in early June, and of course our Summer Program, available on our website soon.
Program Director and Coach, Frank Townsend, coordinates our youth rowing programs and can be reached via programdirector@rowcmi.org should you have any program questions.
CMI strives to make rowing accessible to all committed rowers, so please don't let financial restraints be a deterrent that keeps your youth from rowing, please reach out to administrator@rowcmi.org to find out financial assistance options.

- April 8 - April 17 Land Training 3:45-5pm @Cohasset Recreation AND CMI Boathouse
- April 29- May 22 On the Water 3:45-5:30pm @ CMI Boathouse 40 Parker Ave
