Welcome to Row Forward!
CMI is launching Row Forward, a specialized rowing program for individuals affected by cancer. Row Forward is the South Shore’s first coastal rowing program of its kind. Our ladder-up program ensures a supportive experience for all, whether new to rowing or returning after a break.
Our step-by-step program includes:
▪ Indoor erg training
▪ Stationary rowing in water tanks
▪ Learn-to-row orientation for technique and safety
▪ On-the-water rowing in crews of four
All of our coaches and coxswains are experienced and receive comprehensive training to foster trust and support when on the water.
Eligibility:
Designed for adult cancer survivors new to rowing or returning after a break.
Eight Rows begin on Wednesday April 23, 5-7 pm, and run for eight consecutive weeks.
A second session begins Wednesday, June 18.
If you have a conflict, contact us for more information.
Cost: $350 - CMI is committed to making this program work for all interested rowers. Financial assistance available.
