Policies
- Attendee: After registering for TransPack or TempPack, if you have no replacement and need to cancel the registration, you must do so in writing by email to lisa@ista.org, to be received no later than 5:00pm EST, February 27, 2026, to obtain a full refund of registration fees. After this cancellation deadline, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel or change a topic or speaker.
- Policy on Industry-Sponsored Social or Educational Events: No commercial, institutional, social or educational event may be held at the Forums venue between Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and Thursday, April 9, 2026.

If you have more than one person registering to attend the Forum from your company, please contact Lisa Bonsignore at lisa@ista.org or (517) 333-3437 for the multiple person discount code. Verification of one full paying registration is necessary to obtain the discount code. The code will discount your registration rate by $115 USD.

Closing Dinner GUEST Ticket:
